Rik G. is a seasoned technical writer and process manager currently employed at Capital One since March 2021, focusing on documentation for cloud, devops, and devSecops tools. With extensive experience in education and technology, Rik served as a computer science teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools and directed technology initiatives at Chelsea School. A dedicated contributor to free and open-source software, Rik has developed software and documentation for various projects, including Sahana Software Foundation, Ampache, and Mahara. Rik holds a Ph.D. (ABD) in English with a concentration in Digital Humanities from West Virginia University and has pursued additional certifications and coursework in programming and technology.
