Reid Wilkes is a seasoned professional in technical program management and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Technical Program Management at Capital One since September 2024. Previously, Reid was an Engineering Manager at Protocol Labs, leading engineering for the Filecoin Saturn/web3, and held various roles at Meta, Oracle, Impinj, Amazon, and Microsoft, where significant contributions included the migration of 150 million Facebook business pages and the development of a multi-cloud strategy for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Reid holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma.
