Randi Toney is an experienced Talent Partner and Recruiter currently working at Eventbrite since July 2023. Prior to this role, Randi served as a Sourcer at BlueTriton Brands and held positions as a Technical Recruiter at Twitter and CarMax. Randi's recruiting expertise spans the full life cycle of the hiring process, focusing on building candidate pipelines, negotiating salaries and benefits, and ensuring compliance with client-specific pre-employment processes. Randi also has experience in account management from Urban One, Inc., where innovative marketing strategies were developed to meet client goals. Additionally, a background in public relations was gained through an internship at Girl Scouts Nation's Capital. Randi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations from George Mason University and an Advanced High School Diploma in Theatre Arts from Appomattox Regional Governor's School for the Performing Arts & Technology.
