Lyka Haldos is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent management and fulfillment. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at BuiltaMart since May 2022, Lyka has previously held various positions at Accenture from March 2017 to April 2022, including HR Business Partner Specialist and Talent Fulfillment Analyst, where key responsibilities involved aligning talent needs with business strategy. Prior to Accenture, Lyka was a Junior Learning Service Associate at IBM Global Process Services, focusing on HR service delivery and training management. An internship at JTC Group of Companies provided early exposure to various HR functions.
