Lucy-Marie Hagues MBE is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and marketing sectors. Since February 2005, Lucy-Marie has held various leadership roles at Capital One, including Head of International and Head of UK, where the focus is on transforming banking practices. Prior to Capital One, Lucy-Marie worked at Fair Isaac from 2003 to 2004 as a Triad consultant. Educational background includes a Master of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge, obtained from 1996 to 2000, and earlier studies at St Bede's College in Manchester from 1988 to 1995.
