Lo Li Carper is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as CTO and Managing Vice President of Retail Bank Consumer Engineering at Capital One, Lo Li oversees the complete ecosystem of the Retail Bank Consumer Engineering, focusing on technology integration across physical and digital banking platforms. As a Partner at Ruzo Solutions since 2017, Lo Li is involved in venture capital investments within the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. Previous experience includes serving as CTO for Global Consumer Solutions at Equifax, where Lo Li led product architecture and technology transformation, and as CIO at Spanx, overseeing cyber security and digital commerce. Additionally, Lo Li held the position of Director of Global Technology at IHG, managing technology for revenue management and property systems.
