Kaitlin Burek Haggerty is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Walmart Partnership at Capital One, Kaitlin has held positions such as Managing Vice President. Previously, Kaitlin was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Blu Homes and worked as a Business Development Manager at Forest Systems. Additional experience includes serving as a Strategy & Brand Consultant at Boston Beer Company and as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Kaitlin holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University, obtained in 2006, and completed secondary education at Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, MA.
