Jim Sharp is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and IT staffing, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Financial Services at Capital One since November 2021. Prior roles include Senior Client Services Director and Vice President of Client Services at Cielo Talent, as well as Managing Director at DISYS, where responsibilities included overseeing IT staffing and consulting operations in key Texas markets. Jim has also held leadership positions at Pontoon Solutions, Open Systems Technologies, and Hudson Global Resources, managing accounts and recruitment strategies across North America and international markets. Jim Sharp began a notable career in leadership as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
