Gloria Gravlin, CSM, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in strategic roles within the financial services sector. Since May 2012, Gloria has served as Director of the Social Mobility Team at Capital One, where efforts focus on enhancing access and enabling parity through skills development and leadership investments. Key achievements include launching an internal mobility and rotational pilot aimed at fostering BIPOC leadership. Previous positions at Capital One encompass roles such as Senior Manager in various capacities, leading risk governance and quality strategy initiatives. Prior to Capital One, Gloria held multiple positions at HSBC, including Assistant Vice President, where strategies for credit card retention and service enhancements were developed for global operations. Educational credentials include a degree from Western Governors University and studies at Clark Atlanta University.
