Diana Okada has over three decades of experience in identity and access management and operations. Currently serving as a Process Manager in Access Management at Capital One since January 2009, Diana oversees identity and access management for over 2,500 branch associates. Prior to this role, Diana worked at Chevy Chase Bank from February 1988 to December 2008, where responsibilities included managing incentive program operations and reporting as well as conducting budget analysis for a network of 200 branches. Earlier in Diana's career, a position as a Research Assistant at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences provided foundational laboratory research experience. Diana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, obtained in 1987.
