Cinnamon Melchor is an experienced leader in compliance, user experience, and design, currently serving as the Director of Compliance Experience at Capital One since July 2019. In this role, Cinnamon Melchor develops strategies that enhance Compliance & Ethics associate experiences to foster growth and competitiveness amid evolving regulatory landscapes. Prior to this position, Cinnamon Melchor held the title of Director of Experience Design and Publisher at Boxes and Arrows, contributing to a peer-written journal focused on the user experience community from November 2012 to December 2019. Additionally, Cinnamon Melchor has a robust background at AKQA as Director of User Experience from March 2006 to May 2019 and previously worked at Sapient as Manager of Creative Design from July 2000 to March 2006.
