Alice Pollard has extensive experience in customer operations and service, currently serving as the Customer Operations Team Lead at Capital On Tap since October 2021. Prior to this role, Alice held various positions at Opus Energy from March 2012 to October 2021, including Customer Service Team Senior, Team Champion, and Customer Service Advisor, where responsibilities included providing training and coaching to support the establishment of a new office. Alice completed education at The Open University from 2015 to 2022.
