Shraddha Kamat is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Capital India Finance Limited since October 2020, Shraddha has previously held significant positions at Sahyog Homes Limited as Corporate Strategy and HR, and at The Wadhwa Group and India Infoline Ltd as Senior Manager. Shraddha began a career in operations as an Operations Analyst at JP Morgan Chase. An MBA in Finance was obtained from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2009 and 2011.
