Rakhi Datta is an experienced communications specialist and talent development business partner at Capital Group since July 2019, focusing on associate development, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning and development, and new associate onboarding. Prior to this role, Rakhi Datta gained valuable experience as an instructional designer at Grant Thornton LLP and held various financial positions, including finance team lead and financial analyst at IBM Global Services and Accenture. Earlier career experience includes working as a mutual fund analyst at Morningstar. Rakhi Datta holds a Master of Arts in Learning Sciences with a concentration in Corporate Education from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
