Olga Webster is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Senior HRBP Leader for North American Wealth Management and Canada Client Groups at Capital Group since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Global Lead HR Business Partner at Meta, where Olga oversaw a complex global organization and facilitated significant restructures and strategic planning initiatives. At Disney General Entertainment Content, Olga held multiple HR leadership positions, providing strategic support across various divisions. Earlier experience also encompasses roles at Arkadium, where Olga directed People Operations and enhanced HR practices, and at a Medical Group, where Olga managed operations and talent acquisition.
