Kate Bradley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and leadership consulting. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Talent Development at Capital Group | American Funds since September 2018, Kate previously held positions such as Leadership Development Consultant at BlessingWhite, where responsibilities included client consultation and instructional design. Kate also worked as Associate Director of Career Management at Kellogg School of Management, providing career guidance and facilitating workshops for MBA students.
