Bridie O'Meara is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in diverse industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Capital Group since November 2021, Bridie has a strong background in HR practices, performance management, and employee engagement. Prior to this, Bridie held roles at BCG Digital Ventures, where responsibilities included Global People Operations Lead and Human Resources Business Partner, supporting leaders in high-growth environments. Bridie's earlier experience includes directing HR operations at CoreLogic, managing HR functions at Space Exploration Technologies, and various roles at Qantas Airways, News UK, Virgin Atlantic Airways, The Economist, Sun Microsystems Inc, and Asia Pacific Computer Consultants. Bridie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from UNSW.
