Kim John, CSM®, currently serves as a Sr. Technical Product Manager at UnitedHealth Group, focusing on Fintech Fraud Data Analysis and Logging since August 2024. Kim has been the Founder and CEO of Fastsusu (Finistics Inc.) since February 2018, successfully launching the application on iOS and Android platforms and designing the company's website and UX/UI. Fastsusu became a portfolio company of Capital Factory in November 2020. Previous roles include Sr. Product Manager at Beautycounter, managing internal tools and fraud prevention initiatives, and Technical Project Manager at NBCUniversal, overseeing the project lifecycle of web and mobile applications. Kim's experience extends to internships at A+E Networks, management roles at #CUNYcodes and CUNY Startups, and a position as Information Technology Project Coordinator at Hunter College. Kim holds a Master of Science in Integrated Design, Business & Technology from the University of Southern California, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a Bioinformatics concentration from Hunter College.
