Oliver Henry has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Their most recent role was as a Compliance Manager at CCBank, where they started in September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Mountain America Credit Union for seven years, from April 2013 to September 2020, in the role of Senior Compliance Auditor. Before that, they worked as a Staff Auditor at Intermountain Healthcare from 2011 to 2012. Oliver also gained experience in the credit union sector, working at Family First Federal Credit Union for four years from 2007 to 2010, first as a Senior Internal Auditor and then as a Liquidation Supervisor. Their career started at the Department of Workforce Services in 2003 as an Eligibility Specialist, where they worked until January 2007.

Oliver Henry attended Brigham Young University from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
