The Operations Management team at Capital & Coast District Health Board is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations across all facilities, including Wellington Regional Hospital, Hutt Valley Hospital, Kenepuru Hospital, and Kāpiti Health Centre. This team ensures the smooth coordination of patient administration services, emergency response, and radiology, in addition to managing business services, corporate finance transformation, facility maintenance, IT solutions, and service desk operations.
