Kimberly Grove, CHPO, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as Chief Of Staff at Capital Caring since December 2016, Kimberly has also held key positions such as Director of HR and Recruitment Manager within the organization. Prior to Capital Caring, Kimberly gained valuable experience at Brookdale Senior Living as Talent Solutions Manager from April 2007 to December 2016, and held the role of Recruitment Manager at both SunDance Rehab from June 2001 to April 2007 and NovaCare from January 1993 to July 1999. Kimberly graduated from Mercyhurst University, where studies spanned from 1985 to 1990.
