Austin Rose is a Senior Attorney at the Amica Center for Immigrant Rights, where litigation focuses on securing release for detained immigrants through federal habeas litigation. With a strong background in immigration law, Austin completed a two-year Equal Justice Works Fellowship at the CAIR Coalition Immigration Impact Lab, engaging in federal litigation and public advocacy. Previous experience includes roles as a Student Representative at the Center for Applied Legal Studies Asylum Clinic, a Legal Intern at the CAIR Coalition, and a Law Clerk with the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. Austin holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree in Government and Latin American Studies from Georgetown University.
