Ulisses Jorge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business simulations, quality management, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as an executive consultant at Capsim Management Simulations, Inc., since January 2019, Ulisses is responsible for training in business simulation software. Previously, at Kimberly-Clark, Ulisses held the position of Continuous Improvement Engineer - Master Black Belt from April 2012 to June 2015, where responsibilities included leading the 6 Sigma structure and training personnel, achieving significant cost savings. Ulisses also contributed as a Quality Engineer, overseeing the implementation of quality management systems. Prior to Kimberly-Clark, experiences at Duratex included roles as Process and Product Supervisor and Improvement Tools Analyst. Ulisses began a career as a Trainee Production Engineer at BIONNOVATION, focusing on supply chain organization. Ulisses holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV and a degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
