Rada C. has extensive work experience in various roles at Capsim Management Simulations Inc. Rada started as a Client Retention Manager in 2008 and gradually worked their way up to become President in 2016. Alongside their role at Capsim, Rada also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Management at DePaul University from 2010 onwards. Prior to that, they founded and owned RD Professional Cleaning Services and held various positions at DePaul University and Harry S. Truman College. Rada's work experience highlights their expertise in management, product development, marketing, and teaching.

Rada C. has a comprehensive education history spanning over a decade. In 2001, they enrolled at DePaul University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, which they successfully completed in 2005.
