Richard Morden is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in investment management and asset management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Office Properties for both the West and Prairies regions at QuadReal Property Group since February 2017, Richard previously held the position of Vice President of Investment Management at Bentall Kennedy from June 2002 to January 2017. Richard also worked at Beutel Goodman Real Estate Group Inc. for over a decade in various capacities, culminating as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. Richard's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Geography from The University of British Columbia.
