Tove Trædal is currently serving as a People & Organisation Advisor at Altera Infrastructure since October 2021, focusing on HR policy, the OCS HR system, recruitment, and onboarding. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Manager HR for Skretting, where Tove led the implementation of Workday, and various HR positions at Skretting, Shell, Baker Hughes, DONG Energy, and Laerdal Medical, encompassing responsibilities in recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and payroll management. Tove began the professional journey at Visma Business Ltd. and SpecTec Ltd. in administrative and marketing roles after earning a degree in Business Administration from Høyskolen i Agder.
