At Citigroup, Jeffrey worked as Managing Director for Policy Compliance & Control in Independent Risk for North America Consumer and also served as MD & Head of Compliance for Global Transaction Services. Additionally, Jeffrey was MD & Head of the Office of Corporate & Regulatory Compliance at Depository Trust & Clearing Corp.
