Jaideep Chavan has extensive experience in strategic leadership roles at Capgemini since September 1994, currently serving as Vice President and leading strategic projects for the COO's office. Chavan has spearheaded transformation programs in Global Delivery Centres across multiple countries, managed business continuity management, and significantly enhanced talent acquisition processes, achieving impressive hiring volume increases and operational efficiencies. Previous roles include Vice President for Banking and Financial Services and Global Head of Recruitment, where Chavan was responsible for end-to-end talent supply chains and IT delivery for key accounts. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Statistics and an ongoing business program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
