Chithra Arun is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Director at Capgemini since September 2020, Chithra also worked as a Human Resources Consultant on a freelance basis from February 2019 to January 2020. Previously, Chithra held the position of Associate Director at DXC Technology from February 2005 to January 2019, and was an Assistant Manager at Polaris Software Lab Ltd. from February 2004 to February 2005, after serving as a Human Resources Officer at the same company from January 1997 to January 1999. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Senior HR Executive at Lexicon Finance Pvt. Ltd. and as a Management Trainee at Vikram Cements. Chithra holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences with a specialization in Human Resources from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the Tamilnadu Institute of Labour Management.
