Banhi Ghosh is a Senior Associate in Human Resources at Capgemini since November 2023, possessing extensive experience in talent acquisition roles across multiple organizations, including Innominds and DynPro, Inc. With a career beginning in 2018, Banhi has held various positions, primarily focusing on recruiting and resource management. Educationally, Banhi holds two Master of Business Administration degrees in Human Resources from the Institute of Engineering and Management and West Bengal University of Technology, achieved between 2015 and 2017, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Calcutta from 2011 to 2014, alongside foundational studies at Binodini Girls' High School in liberal arts and humanities.
