Jacinth Raj has a comprehensive background in support and IT administration, currently serving as Support Team Lead and Senior Support Analyst at both CapeStart and Fullintel since March 2017. Fullintel specializes in human-curated media monitoring, providing analysis and reporting services. Prior to these roles, Jacinth held positions as Windows Server Administrator & Cloud Security at iOPEX Technologies and Senior Analyst at HCL Technologies, as well as Senior Support Engineer at CSS Corp. Jacinth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.Tech/ECE) from CSI Matric Hr Sec School, where studies were completed from 2007 to 2011.
