Nicolas Demange is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as CEO of Le Bureau D'à Côté since September 2020, where a unique method has been developed to assist HR teams in quickly and sustainably recruiting the right profiles without intermediaries. Prior to this role, Nicolas co-founded and acted as CEO at Juicy People from January 2016 to September 2020, and held the position of Director of HR Projects at EXOLYS Search & HR Consulting from October 2008 to January 2016, focusing on sourcing solutions and employer branding. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at BestSaler, where recruitment and consulting services were provided, and as Sales Manager and Salesman in various advertising firms from 1992 to 1997. Nicolas holds educational credentials from ESIAE (1993-1995) and ESDE SUP (1991-1992).
