Karla Barbee, M.A., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and category management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Trainer for Nursing Degree Programs at Capella University since March 2015, Karla advises and mentors adult students, guiding them through personalized success plans to enhance retention and graduation rates. Previous roles include Associate Product Manager and Advisor for Psychology programs at Capella University, where Karla focused on program innovation and student support. Karla's prior experience spans various leadership roles in category management at companies including Kellogg Company, Schwan's Consumer Brands, and PepsiCo.
