Vincent Cieslik is a Shareholder at Capehart & Scatchard, P.A., where since January 2012, notable achievements include successfully obtaining summary judgment dismissal in multi-million dollar whistleblower claims involving Medicare and Medicaid fraud. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at Conrad O'Brien from 2003 to 2012, and as an Associate at Cahill, Wilinski & Rhodes from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Vincent was a Board Member at March of Dimes from 2013 to 2016. Vincent holds a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden (1994-1997) and a B.S. in Finance from Saint Joseph's University (1990-1994).
