Matthieu Rosy serves as the Secrétaire général at CAPEB since February 2024. Prior to this role, Matthieu was the Délégué général at Fédération SYNTEC from October 2018 to January 2024 and also held the position of Président at Cedap from October 2018 to April 2022. Matthieu contributed to the academic field as a Chargé d'enseignement at Sciences Po from February 2011 to September 2021, focusing on the institutional, heritage, and societal ecosystem of fashion and luxury sectors. Additional leadership roles include Président at LéCOLE from November 2017 to October 2018 and Directeur Général at UNIMEV from June 2012 to October 2018, where Matthieu managed a budget of 2 million euros and oversaw various influence and representation initiatives. Matthieu is also noted for previous roles as Secrétaire Général at Fondation Macif and Syndicat de la Bijouterie, alongside experience as an Attaché parlementaire at Assemblée Nationale & UMP and an Assistant Lecturer at University College Dublin. Academically, Matthieu holds a Master’s degree from Sciences Po and an MSc in Political Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
