Wirongrong Panit is currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Capco since June 2024. Prior to this role, Wirongrong held multiple leadership positions at RISE - Corporate Innovation Powerhouse from November 2019 to June 2024, including Director of People Partner and Regional Talent Acquisition and Management, focusing on driving economic growth through corporate innovation in Southeast Asia. Additionally, from November 2021 to April 2023, Wirongrong worked as a Regional Talent Manager at Athena Global, promoting mentorship experiences for professional growth. Earlier experience includes Talent Management at Digital Alchemy from July 2012 to November 2019 and at Mahidol University from 2009 to 2012. Wirongrong holds a Master of Science in Human Development from Mahidol University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Srinakharinwirot University.
