Inga Klaus, MBA, is an accomplished project and change management professional with extensive experience in leading complex projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Principal Consultant and Team Manager at Capco since April 2021, Inga previously held multiple senior project and program management roles at HSBC, focusing on global transformation initiatives. With a strong background in portfolio management at STARWAY, Inga has effectively managed the launch of digital products, cost reductions, and business development projects, including expanding services into the U.S. market. Inga's leadership roles with the International Project Management Association and IPMA Poland involved strategic management and certification oversight, while earlier ventures included academic management at Lazarski University and consulting expertise with SOGREAH Consultants.
