Luca Pozzoli is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational and commercial management within the delivery sector. Since May 2019, Luca has served as Responsabile Delivery at Capatoast, overseeing the delivery department's operations. Prior to this role, Luca worked as an Area Manager, managing and developing 18 retail locations in northern Italy, focusing on human resources, financial performance, and marketing, as well as personnel selection and training for new store openings. Earlier career experiences include positions as Senior Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager at GAMESTOP ITALY SRL from June 2008 to April 2019. Luca is currently pursuing a degree in Giurisprudenza at Università degli Studi dell'Insubria, having previously obtained a diploma in Ragioneria giuridica from Istituto d’istruzione Superiore Jean Monnet.
