Adam Tartt, MBA has over two decades of experience in the business sector. Adam began their career in 1997 as the Chief Operations Officer at MyEmployees, where they helped managers become more successful through the proper design and implementation of an effective employee recognition program. In 2019, they joined CAP3 as Chief Executive Officer, where they help business owners think strategically about their organization's resources.

Adam Tartt, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Arkansas in 2016, with a focus in Finance. Adam previously obtained a BS in Finance from UNCW Cameron School of Business in 2002.
