PRIOLET Olivier has extensive experience in environmental management and water resource coordination, currently serving as Directeur Nature Environnement and Responsable GEMAPI-Littoral-Études et travaux at Lorient Agglomération since April 2016. In this role, PRIOLET is responsible for implementing the authority's policies on aquatic environments, flood prevention, and natural space studies and works, overseeing a team of 13 agents. Previously, PRIOLET held positions including Responsable Gestion Intégrée de l'Eau at Lorient Agglomération and Responsable études et travaux in the direction of natural heritage. Additionally, PRIOLET contributed as a Chargé d'enseignement at Université de Rennes 2 and was involved in environmental actions at Saint Brieuc Agglomération. PRIOLET holds a Master's degree in Aménagement-environnement from Institut de Géoarchitecture and a Bac in economic sciences from Lycée Emile ZOLA in Rennes.
