Gerald Goldman is a Managing Director within the Real Estate Investment team at Canyon. Mr. Goldman joined Canyon in 2008 and primarily focuses on the asset management and business plan execution of a portfolio of investments across all property types. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Goldman worked at American Realty Advisors overseeing the asset and portfolio management of a diverse portfolio of core and value-added multi-family, office, industrial, and retail assets located nationally. Previously, he worked for The Archon Group, the real estate subsidiary of Goldman Sachs overseeing the operations, leasing and dispositions of a portfolio of office, retail and industrial assets. He began his career working for real estate developers and syndicators of multi-family assets. Mr. Goldman is a graduate of San Diego State University (B.S., Finance, cum laude). Mr. Goldman holds a California real estate brokers’ license and has earned the RPA designation from the BOMI Institute.
