Kim Carter, MA, LMFT, is an experienced psychotherapist and clinical supervisor currently providing individual and couples counseling at Be Well Center for Counseling & Healing since September 2023. With a background in outpatient supervision and psychotherapy at Canvas Health since June 2015, Kim emphasizes compassionate and creative approaches to therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Previously, Kim served as a UCare Case Manager at South Metro Human Services and has held various roles in mental health support, including as owner and psychotherapist at Kim Carter Counseling. Kim holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Adler Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota.
