Sweta Joshi is an experienced business analyst currently working at Canva since January 2023 and has been serving as a senior Workday specialist at the Salvation Army since April 2022. Prior to these roles, Sweta held managerial and consulting positions at KPMG Australia from May 2017 to April 2022, after starting as a senior consultant at Deloitte between January 2014 and May 2017. Sweta's professional journey also includes consultancy roles at Capgemini and a software engineering position at Dell Services. Academically, Sweta holds a PGDM in Human Resources from the International Management Institute, a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, and is currently pursuing certification as a life coach.
