Slava Kovalska is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in growth and user-centered design, currently serving as the Lead Growth Product Designer at Canva since December 2022. Slava has also been a Design Mentor at adplist.org since January 2021 and previously held positions as a Senior Growth Product Designer at SafetyCulture and Senior Product Designer at Archistar.ai. With a strong background in leading design processes, onboarding and mentoring designers, and improving user experiences, Slava has contributed to the growth of various tech startups and companies, including motiveOS, Deputy, and Sentia Australia Pty Ltd. Slava's foundational experience in accounting, with positions at JAX Tyres and RCPAQAP, complements a comprehensive skill set that includes advanced design methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic implementation in diverse environments. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Accounting and Audit from Lviv Academy of Commerce and a Diploma of Accounting from TAFE NSW.
