Andrew Spiteri currently serves as the Global People Relations Lead at Canva, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Vice-President of People & Culture and Head of People & Culture at WithYouWithMe from March 2022 to October 2023. Andrew also worked at Microsoft as a Senior Manager for Employee Relations in Asia for a brief period in 2021 and spent nearly three years at LinkedIn in various roles, including APAC Employee Relations Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Additional experience includes significant positions at Employsure, where Andrew progressed from Senior Employment Relations Advisor to NSW/ACT State Manager, and roles at South Sydney Junior Rugby League Club, Transport for NSW, and RailCorp. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Macquarie University and a Diploma in Management from Major Training Freshwater.
