Suran Samarasinghe currently serves as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Cantor Fitzgerald since January 2022 and has held a similar position at BGC Partners since July 2007, where additional roles include Co-Chair of the BGC Network of Women and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes working in the Employment Team at Olswang (now CMS) from August 2005 to June 2007. Academic credentials include a Legal Practice Course from the College of Law in London and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leicester, alongside education at Tiffin Girls School.
