Cynthia Howard has over three decades of experience in various roles within the purchasing, customer service, and office environments. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer - MRO at Canton Drop Forge, Inc. since October 2011, Cynthia has also held positions as an MRO Purchasing Assistant and Maintenance Clerk. Prior to this, Cynthia was a Customer Service Supervisor/Inside Sales at Meter Devices Co. Inc. from December 1989 to December 2010, where responsibilities included reviewing and processing customer orders. Earlier experience includes a general office role at FreshMark Sugardale, where daily tasks involved invoicing and inventory management. Cynthia is a graduate of Canton South High School and has attended Stark State Technical College.
