Patrick Richards is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in risk management and sports analytics. Currently serving as a Personal and Commercial Risk Manager at Strachan Novak Insurance Services since October 2023, Patrick previously worked as a Player Tracking System Specialist at Zebra Technologies, where responsibilities included managing RFID tracking technology for NFL players and contributing to the Next Gen Stats program. Additionally, Patrick has held roles at State Farm as a Multiple Line Representative, conducted research as a Research Intern for the City of Shaker Heights, and completed internships in marketing and market analysis. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Sports Administration and Business Analytics, Patrick also has a strong background in customer service and sports engagement from experiences at Canterbury Golf Club and PNC.
