Malcolm Johnston possesses extensive experience in public service and environmental health, having served as Chief Executive at Rother District Council from 2008 to 2023, preceded by various leadership roles at Ashford Borough Council. Current volunteer activities include positions at Canterbury Cathedral and Belmont House, both initiated in 2024.
