Jim Kozack currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at BCU Financial Group, where responsibilities include overseeing strategy and performance across branch, contact centre, and digital channels, as well as managing product, marketing, and technology functions. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Senior Vice President of Credit Card Portfolio Management at Duo Bank, leading product and marketing initiatives for the bank's credit card offerings. Jim's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Credit Card at Home Trust Company, driving customer growth in credit card and lending products. At Canadian Tire, Jim was Vice President of Customer Programs, focusing on customer data-driven transformation and the launch of a new loyalty program. Additionally, Jim worked at Canadian Tire Financial Services for 17 years, culminating in the role of Vice President of Marketing, where significant growth in credit card and lending services was achieved. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Brock University.
